I left school before finishing my A-levels because I couldn't decide what came next.

So I went straight into business.

 

For two years I sold IT equipment to local companies, and it was there I pitched my first growth idea: repositioning a brand that was widely seen as B2C to credibly support the B2B IT market. Watching that idea gain traction opened my eyes to how much change a single, well-framed intervention can create. That curiosity carried me into a Business & Marketing degree, which I completed alongside my first steps into corporate life.

 

Over the next decade I worked across multiple brands and multiple countries - in consulting roles spanning business planning cycles, acquisitions, market saturation, organisational structure, governance, new product launches, core values work, culture change, people development and brand building. Then in 2020 I completed my Coaching and Consultancy Qualifications.

Over the last 6 years I've expanded my work into the charity and not-for-profit sector from small hospices and community charities to global NGOs. Sometimes as part of a larger team delivering a transformation programme; sometimes as a single specialist consultant brought in to lead a specific workstream. And often as an executive coach to leaders inside those organisations to support individuals who've been promoted into bigger roles, or who are being developed as part of a wider change initiative.

What I bring is the breadth to translate between worlds. The disciplines that drive commercial growth in a corporate are the same disciplines that drive sustainable income for a charity. The language is different. The constraints are different. The work itself is remarkably similar.

I work best with leaders and teams who value a thinking partner as much as a consultant - they are looking for someone who'll ask the harder questions, structure the work properly, and leave the team stronger than they found it.
